Every package includes 3D design and execution drawings, certified materials, all civil and finishing works, electrical and plumbing works, daily on-site engineering supervision, a written contract with a fixed schedule, quality assurance and after-handover service.
A 100 m² apartment typically takes 8 to 10 weeks, 150 m² takes 10 to 14 weeks and 200 m² takes 14 to 18 weeks. The schedule is fixed in the contract and depends on the package level and the state of the unit at handover.
Yes. Payment is stage-based: 30% on contract signing, 30% mid-execution, 30% before handover and 10% after final inspection.
