What is the difference between finishing, fit-out and renovation?
Finishing completes a bare (core-and-shell) unit: plastering, flooring, electricity, plumbing, paint and joinery. Fit-out usually refers to preparing commercial interiors such as offices and stores. Renovation or remodeling upgrades an existing, previously finished space. We deliver all three as turnkey projects.
Do you supply materials or can I purchase them myself?
Both options are available — turnkey packages with certified materials and itemized pricing, or execution with your own materials while our engineers verify quality and quantities.
Can I see my design before execution starts?
Yes — photorealistic 3D renders plus a high-fidelity VR walkthrough before execution begins, so what you approve is exactly what gets built.
Do you design commercial projects like restaurants, offices and hotels?
Yes — offices, retail, restaurants, cafés, hotels and malls across Egypt and the Gulf, delivered as full interior fit-out with engineering supervision.
